1. Please read aloud the Aadhaar authentication consent to the prospective subscriber and also convey the meaning of the same in respective local language for better understanding of the subscriber.
2. Please explain the information sought from the subscriber and also explain that the information collected will be securely stored by the implementation organisation (Life Insurance Corporation of India) and the ECS mandate will be submitted to the subscribers respective Banker for mandatory debit of monthly contribution from his Bank account.
3. The monthly contribution will be debited from the subscribers bank account till he/she attains the age of 60.
4. The scheme is open for unorganised labours between the age range of 18 to 40 yrs.
5. Please ensure that the correct Bank account details are filled in the application cum mandate form.
6. There is no charges or any additional fee for enrolment in the scheme.
